Aliens have been present on Earth for a long time but in small numbers. After the Philadelphia Experiment on August 12, 1943, they began to arrive in greater numbers.
Do we have any idea how many of these there are?
Millions existed at one point. I'm unsure of the current attendance number.

I was mustered out of the Navy on July 4th, 1947, removed from Los Alamos, and sent to Washington, D.C., for a court-martial on the charges I was arrested for, which were espionage. These were thrown away when we got to Washington. It was just a means of getting me out of the area and separating me from my family, whom I haven’t seen since. My wife is dead.
My son is still alive but I couldn’t see him and my attempts were blocked every time. I traveled to Washington, where I received new instructions for Montauk. I was unaware that it was Montauk because it was at the same location as the later Montauk project, but they called it Fort Hero. From that point, after being on base and out of the public eye so to speak, or away from any other person other than the armed guards surrounding me, I was time-traveled to 1983 where they did the complete erasure of my complete memory, my career and everything, as Zeb Cameron. All my credentials were wiped and deleted. Von Neumann was aware of what was taking place. He didn't like it, but there was nothing he could do about it.
